摘要
本文采用了一种新的流动注射导数光度检测技术,应用于测定样品中微量钯的研究,灵敏度高。于Na2CO3-NaHCO3缓冲介质中,显色剂2-羟基-3-羧基-5-磺酸基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯(HCS-DAA)在Tritonx-100存在下能与Pd(Ⅱ)形成络合比为2∶1螯合物(λm ax=532nm)。一次进样便产生正负两个拐点的导数光度值(ΔA=A正-A负)。表观摩尔吸光系数为1.97×105,线性范围为0~1.2μg.mL-1,进样频率110~120次.h-1,方法用于贵金属合金中微量钯的测定,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.3%(n=6),分析结果令人满意。
A new high sensitivity flow injection derivative photometry was applied to determine the trace palladium in alloy.The chromogenic agent HCSDAA and Pd(Ⅱ) complexed a 2∶1 chelate under Tritonx-100 in Na2CO3-NaHCO3 buffer.The photometric quantity of two yielding points were obtained by one sampling(ΔA=Aplus-Aminus).The apparent molar absorptivity was 1.97×105,the linearity range was 0~1.2μg·mL-1,sampling frequency was 110~100times·h-1,th RSD was 1.3%(n=6),the results were satisfied.
