摘要
研究了乳液共沉法制备纳米CaCO3/胶清橡胶复合材料的制备工艺和力学性能。结果表明,乳液共沉法制备的复合材料的力学性能优于机械直接共混法制备的复合材料的力学性能。当十二烷基硫酸钠为0.3%,CaC l2为4.0%,搅拌时间为30m in及纳米CaCO3用量为20~30份时可制备出力学性能较好的纳米CaCO3/胶清橡胶复合材料。
The preparation and the mechanical properties of nano-CaCO3/skin rubber composites were studied by the method of emulsion coagulation.The results showed that the mechanical properties of nano-CaCO3/skin rubber composite prepared with sodium dodecyl sulfate is 0.03%,CaCl2 is 4.0%,the stirring time is 30min and the dosage of nano-CaCO3 is 20~30phr.The mechanical properties of nano-CaCO3/skin rubber composite prepared by emulsion coagulation method is more excellent than those prepared by mechanical blending.
