摘要
在微波辐射条件下,合成了水杨醛缩氨基硫脲Cu(II)、Pb(II)、Mn(II)和Co(II)的配合物。通过1H NMR、IR和UV对其结构进行表征,并对其抑菌活性做了初步的探索。
Under microwave irradiation,salicylaldehyde thiosemicarbazone and four corresponding metal complexes by coordination with Cu(II),Pb(II),Mn(II) and Co(II) were synthesized.Their structures were characterized though 1H NMR,IR and UV and their antibacterial activities were preliminary measured.
