江西省4个示范区暗娼AIDS相关知识及行为现状调查

Status quo of knowledge and behavior related to AIDS among unlicensed prpstitutes in 4 Comprehensive AIDS Response sites of Jiangxi Province

目的了解江西省艾滋病综合防治示范区暗娼AIDS知识知晓、安全套使用、HIV检测现状,为加强艾滋病防控对策提供参考。方法随机抽取4个示范区的部分娱乐场所,用偶遇抽样法对娱乐场所服务小姐进行面对面问卷调查。结果本次共调查暗娼913人,平均年龄24.10±5.71岁,初中与高中者占83.3%,未婚者占61.3%。暗娼对10个AIDS相关问题的平均知晓率为85.2%,对AIDS所持正确态度为38.9%。其获得预防艾滋病知识的主要喜欢途径依次为:电视、听医生说、报纸/杂志。近3个月与客人发生性关系时有时使用安全套者占47.6%,每次都用者48.5%;没有使用安全套的主要原因是:对方不愿使用、已采用了其他避孕方式、身边没有;65.9%的暗娼做过HIV检测。结论4个示范区对暗娼人群的预防艾滋病健康教育工作均已开展,但艾滋病相关知识宣传效果不明显,应进一步加强对暗娼的干预。

Objective To understand the status of AIDS knowledge,condom use and HIV testing among unlicensed prostitutes in Comprehensive AIDS Response（CARES） sites of Jiangxi Province in order to provide the references for policy formulation of AIDS prevention and control.Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted among 913 unlicensed prostitutes selected by cluster sampling from four different model districts.Results Their average age was 24.10 ±5.71years.83.3% of them had received senior middle school education.61.3% of them unmarried.The average knowledge rate about ten AIDS questions of unlicensed prostitutes was 85.2% in 4 sites.38.9% of unlicensed prostitutes held the correct manner of AIDS.The main way to obtain the knowledge related to AIDS for unlicensed prostitutes in turn were television,doctor and newspaper/magazine.In the latest 3 months,the occasional use of condom accounted for 47.6%.The use of condom for every time accounted for 48.5%.The main causes of refusing condom for unlicensed prostitute were unwillingness of clients,taking other contraceptive method and no condom available.65.9% unlicensed prostitutes had done the HIV testing.Conclusion The intervention work to the unlicensed prostitute developed well in the Comprehensive AIDS Response sites.But the propaganda effect was not obvious.We should further strengthen the health education intervention for the unlicensed prostitute.
