2005～2006年金华市城区中小学生健康状况分析

Health status of elementary and middle school students in 2005～2006 in Jinhua City

目的了解金华市中小学生的健康状况和变化趋势,为政府和卫生行政部门提供重要的决策依据。方法采用抽样调查的方法,在金华市城区范围内确定3所监测点学校和指标人群,按照统一的技术标准,定期对学生的生长发育、营养现况、常见疾病、健康危害因素等方面情况进行动态、全面地观察。结果中小学生营养不良率为26.40%,肥胖率为9.68%,视力不良和近视患病率为57.12%、55.47%。结论中小学生营养不良、肥胖、视力不良、龋齿等常见病高发,应加强学生营养卫生、用眼卫生、口腔卫生知识教育。

Objective To understand the health status and the tendency of elementary and middle school students in Jinhua City,and to provide important references for government and public health administration.Methods In the scope of Jinhua City,students in three schools sampled as monitored schools were the objects.The students＇ information such as growth,nutritional status,common diseases and risk factors of health were observed dynamically and comprehensively according to the unified technical standard.Results Malnutrition rate of elementary and middle school students was 26.40% and obesity rate was 9.68%.In addition,the rate of poor sight and nearsightedness were 57.12% and 55.47% respectively.Conclusion The incidences of malnutrition,obesity,nearsightedness and saprodontia were higher in elementary and middle school students.We should strengthen the education about student nutrition,eye and oral health.
