高校图书馆面对图书出版品种激增、高校办学规模急剧扩大、教育机制改革不断加深、购书经费相对短缺、图书市场尚未规范、传统的图书采访模式的弊端等现实情况,为了更好地满足高校教学科研发展的需要,图书馆采访工作必须从工作策略上进行根本性的革新。

Facing up the realistic condition of the explosion of publication, the enlargement of school running scale of higher schools, the continuous deepening of higher vocational education reform, the relative shortage of library fimds, the imperfect of book market and the disadvantages of traditional book acquisition mode, the acquisitioning work of library should be reformed in working strategy to meet requirements of teaching and research development of higher school.
