摘要
2005～2006年间,对种植在广西甘蔗研究所内的14个甘蔗品种(系)进行了光合特性与品种(系)种性的相关研究,结果表明:在测定期间,各品种(系)间的净光合速率(Pn)有差异。平均净光合速率(Pn)与甘蔗平均月伸长速度、单茎重、平均蔗糖分之间存在着正相关关系,但不显著,与有效茎数之间存在显著的负相关关系。甘蔗伸长期的9月初的净光合速率(Pn)与甘蔗平均月伸长速度有显著正相关,工艺成熟期的11月底的净光合速率(Pn)与后期蔗糖分也有显著的正相关。
The experiment of photosynthetic characteristics and varietal characters of 14 sugarcane varieties （lines） was carried out in GXSCRI from 2005 to 2006. The results indicated that net photosynthetic rate （Pn） of all varieties were different. The mean Pn had positive correlation with the mean growth speed, single-stem weight, the mean sucrose content, but they were not significant. There was a significant negative correlation between mean Pn and the effective stem. At the early September, there was a significant positive correlation between Pn and the mean growth speed, and at the end of November, there was a significant positive correlation between Pn and the sucrose content.
