摘要
为了减少油田采油对环境的污染,研究了中间乳化层的性状、组成。复配出一种新型特效的破乳剂,首次将水处理过程中使用的聚合铁及棉花消糖剂复配在一起作为乳化油的破乳剂,并进行了破乳效果试验,找出了该破乳剂的最佳使用条件。中间乳化油破乳后,最高脱水率为96.4%。在理论上对破乳机理进行了解释。
In order to reduce the environmental pollution caused by oil field, the properties and compositions of the middle emulsified oil have been studied. The demulsifying agent for the middle emulsified oil has been developed. The paper is the first to apply the water treating agent(polyferric) and the cotton desugarizing agent in demulsifying the emulsified oil. Through the demulsification test the best using condition of the demulsifier has been obtained, and the highest rate of dehydration is 96 4%(V/V). The mechanism of the demulsification has been interpreted.
