摘要
探讨了聚乙烯醇(PVA)包埋反硝化菌的包埋条件以及固定化反硝化菌废水脱氮的特性。结果表明:PVA包埋的适宜条件是PVA浓度为10%(W/V),包菌量为1∶1,交联剂是pH为6.7的饱和硼酸溶液,交联时间为30h;减小包埋小球粒径并添加0.1%的活性炭粉末有助于提高包埋小球脱氮活性;经包埋后反硝化菌在低温(11℃)、低浓度氧(0.5~1.0mg/L)以及有NH+4(200mg/L)时,其脱氮活性明显高于未包埋菌。
Studied in this paper are the conditions of PVA entrapping denitrificater and the properties of immobilized denitrificater denitrifying waste water. The optimum conditions of PVA entrapping consist of 10 %(W/V) as its concentration, 1∶1 as the denitrification amount, the safurated boric acid solution (pH=6 7) as coagulant agent and 30 h as the coagulant duration. The denitrifying activity of entrapping bead can be improved by reducing the diameter of the bead as well as by adding 0 1 % activated carbon powder to the gel. The trial study suggests that the denitrifying efficiency of the entrapped immobilized denitrificater is obviously higher than that of the mobilized under low temperature(11 ℃), low concentration oxygen(0 5~1 0 mg/L) and in the presence of NH + 4(200 mg/L).
