摘要
针对旋风器内气流轴不对称问题,从结构上改单进口为双进口。本文对比单进口旋风器,给出双进口旋风器内流场测定的试验结果,表明双进口结构的旋风器流场呈准轴对称,它比单进口旋风器更有利于提高分离效率和降低压力损失。
This thesis deals with the axial non symmetry of air flow in the cyclone, with change of single inlet to double inlet. In comparison with single inlet, the experimental results of the flow field in the cyclone of double inlet are given and the flow field of double inlet proves to be a quasi axial symmetry. The double inlet cyclone can improve separation efficiency and decrease pressure loss in a much easierway.
