摘要
20世纪90年代兴起的"软实力"研究,作为一种新的国情、国力分析方法和新的认识范畴,不仅在政治层面上对国家治理和提升综合国力有重要的意义,而且在经济层面上对增强国家、区域、产业甚至企业的竞争力有着同样深刻的影响。本文从经济角度探讨"软实力"在影响资源配置方式、配置方向和配置效率方面所产生的各种经济效应,不仅表现为直接的价值创造效应,还表现为激励动力效应、集聚整合效应、优化升级效应、创新增进效应和品牌放大效应等,揭示其对经济增长和可持续发展的重要作用,从而对"软实力"概念的经济学意义有更深刻的了解。
The research about "soft power" originated in the 1990s has important effects on the competitiveness of certain country, district, or enterprise, both economically and politically. This paper focuses on the economic effects produced by the "soft power" that plays an important role in resource allocation. The "soft power" produces many aspects of economic effects, including the production effect, incentive effect, agglomeration effect, innovation effect, optimization effect, etc. We can conclude that the more the "soft power" improves, the better the economy performs. Through the analysis of the paper, we can also understand more about the meanings of the "soft power" in economics.
