摘要
从一般的情形出发,将均匀气流场中的风速分解成水平平均风速、竖向平均风速、水平脉动风速、竖向脉动风速四个部分,系统地讨论了其确定方法、基本性质及其引起的气流速压和速压脉动系数,最后分析了建筑物受到的风荷载及其参数确定。
As the general case,this paper decomposes the wind velocity to four parts:horizontal and vertical mean velocities,and horizontal and vertical pulse velocity,then discusses the characteristics of each velocity section systematically Based on the Bernoulli equation,the velocity pressure and it′s pulse coefficient are analyzed The method for determining the parameters of wind excitations on the building is discussed
