老年人2型糖尿病蛋白尿与冠心病相关性探讨 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)蛋白尿合并冠心病(CHD)患者尿蛋白量与冠状动脉病变的关系。方法98例T2DM合并CHD的患者按24h尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)水平分为3组:正常蛋白尿组、微量蛋白尿组和大量蛋白尿组。测定尿蛋白量、血脂,做冠状动脉造影(CAG)检查。结果随着尿蛋白量的增加,血脂各项指标也增高(HDL降低),且血管病变程度也越高。结论对老年2型糖尿病蛋白尿合并冠心病患者的治疗应在控制病情的同时控制尿蛋白量的排出。
