高频超声在评价肉毒杆菌毒素A注射治疗良性咬肌肥大疗效中的意义

摘要
目的探讨高频超声在评价肉毒杆菌毒素A注射治疗良性咬肌肥大疗效中的意义。方法12例咬肌肥大患者共24侧咬肌,分3~5点于双侧咬肌内注射肉毒杆菌毒素A,高频超声检测注射前、注射后1-3个月咬肌的厚度。结果肉毒杆菌毒素A注射后,患者的咬肌厚度与注射前比较差异均存在显著性,注射后,松弛状态下咬肌平均缩小约22.30%,收缩状态下咬肌平均缩小约29.46%。结论高频超声是一种准确、可靠、简便的体外检测咬肌厚度的方法,是评价肉毒杆菌毒素A治疗良性咬肌肥大效果的较好的客观指标。
