摘要
采用O3催化氧化法去除焦化废水中经生物处理后的残余污染物,考察了气相中O3浓度、气体流速、金属离子催化的影响。结果发现,在O3分子的直接氧化下,TOC去除率较差,废水的脱色时间为120min左右;在Cu2+、Co2+、Fe2+、Mn2+等金属离子催化氧化下,废水的脱色时间缩短至60min,出水接近无色。
Ozonation catalytic oxidation method is used to remove residual pollutants in coking waste water treated by biological waste water treatment system, the influence of O3 concentration, gas velocity and metal ion catalysis in gas phase is studied. The results shows that under direct oxidation of O3 molecule, the removal rate of TOC is poorer, the de-colored time for waste water is about 120min; under catalytic oxidation of metal ions such as Cu^2+, Co^2+, Fe^2+, Mn^2+, the de-colored time for waste water is shortened to 60 min, the effluent is almost no color.
