各种抽样设计的效果,传统上是在样本量一定时比较估计精度的大小,而在达到相同精度情况下,各种基本抽样设计可以进行经济性比较,并给出了精度一定时几种复杂抽样设计较简单随机抽样更经济的条件。

Traditionally evaluating the effect of sample design is estimating the precision in the same sample size, while our interest is the comparison of the economy of some basic sample designs when they get the same precision. This paper gives the conditions when several complex sample designs are more economical than the simple random sampling in certain precision.
