摘要 半胱氨酸组织蛋白酶S(Cathepsin S,Cat S)属于溶酶体蛋白酶,在中枢神经系统有着广泛、重要的生理功能,尤其是其在胞外基质降解和胞内抗原提呈中所起的重要作用。Cat S的这些功能和多种神经系统疾病的病理生理机制密切相关,深入阐明Cat S在神经系统疾病理生理机制中的作用具有重要的意义。 Cathepsin S, one of the lysosomal proteinases, has many important physiological functions in the nervous system, especially in process of extracellular matrix degradation and endocellular antigen presentation. Those functions are closely associated with the pathogenesis of various neurological diseases. It would be beneficial to elucidate the role of Cathepsin S in the pathogenesis of various neurological diseases.
