一种基于JPEG2000的PACS图像存储、传输及其显示综合性能优化的新方法

摘要 针对PACS数字影像信息系统中医学图像传输显示在有限带宽下遇到的效率问题,依据DICOM标准和JPEG2000图像码流渐进传输和随机访问特性,提出了一种医学图像传输显示并行处理方法。此法使图像的传输、存储和显示的综合性能达到较佳的水平,并在临床医学诊断信息系统中进行了实际评估。 In connection with the efficiency problem of narrow-band PACS medical images transmission and display and following the DICOM 3.0 standard and JPEG2000 code stream properties of progressing transmission and free access, this paper prensents a new parallel processing method of the images transmission and display. This method raises the performance of images' transmission, storage and display, and has been evaluated in the clinical medical diagnosis information system.
