摘要
综述了农药残留检测中的加速溶剂萃取、超临界流体萃取、固相萃取、固相微萃取、基质固相分散萃取、微波辅助萃取、膜萃取、凝胶渗透色谱等样品前处理技术和色谱法、光谱法及其联用技术、毛细管电泳、生物传感器等仪器检测技术的国内外进展情况,并展望了这一领域的发展方向。
This article reviews the current progress on pesticide sample preparation and instrumental detection technologies in China and abroad. Methodologies discussed include ASE, SFE, SPE, SPME, MSPDE, MAE, ME, GPC, chromatographic, spectrometry and its associated techniques, capillary electrophoresis and biosensors. The developmental trends in the analytical field of study and applications are also presented.
