摘要
责任追究制是科学、高效处置高校突发事件的有力保障。通过对高校突发事件应急工作责任追究制现状、存在的问题及成因的阐述、分析,力图对加强高校突发事件应急工作中的责任追究制,建立健全高校突发事件应急管理机制提出一些有益的启示。
Responsibility system is scientific and efficient guarantee in handling emergency on university campus. The present situation, existing problems and contributing factors on responsibility system are analyzed in the thesis to offer some useful tips on strengthening and establishing sound responsibility system in handling emergency on university campus.
