摘要
本文以铁氰化钾为氧化剂,研究了盐酸——铁氰化钾——硼氢化钾体系发生氢化铅的实验条件。比较了四种消化发样的方法,其中以HNO_3—H_2O_2密封罐法为最好。本法测定的灵敏度为0.88ng/ml%A,检测限(28)为0.017μg/ml,相对标准偏差在5.2—9.7%之间。
A sensitive and simple dectrothermal atomic absorption spectrome-tric method for the determination of trace amounts of lead in human hair is described . Patassium ferricyanide is chosen as the oxidizing agent. The characteristic sensitivity obtained for Pb is 0.88ng/ml per 1% absorption at 283.3nm, The retative standard deviation is 2.1~5.0%, the detection limit is 0.0l7ug/ml and the recovery is between 99.3-100.3%
