抽油机减速器滚动轴承失效形式及分析 被引量:3

摘要 由于抽油机负载重,载荷变化不均匀,减速器中的主动轴、中间轴、从动轴等滚动轴承接触处的周期性接触应力很大,易产生表面疲劳现象,影响其使用寿命。为此,通过分析油田用抽油机减速器滚动轴承的磨损、润滑机理,讨论滚动轴承的失效形式,建立科学的分析方法,经过综合分析和推断,为找出诱发滚动轴承失效的主要原因和影响因素提供途径。从而使失效分析有了比较正确的结论,提出防止滚动轴承失效的具体措施,以保证抽油机减速器的正常运转。 In view of the efficiency problem during the application of the rolling bearing, the mechanisms of deterioration and lubrication of the decelerator rolling bearing is studied, as well as the failure form of the rolling bearing is discussed. Scientific analyzing methods are developed. Threugh comprehensive analysis and deduction, a solution is provided for finding out the main causes and the influencing factors of the rolling bearing failure. Therefore, correct conclusions for failure analysis are made. Concrete measures for preventing rolling bearing from failure are proposed, so as to guarantee the normal operation of pumping unit decelerators.
