摘要
本文提出城市联盟的定义,论述了厦泉漳龙城市联盟建设的意义,分析了厦泉漳龙地区发展现状条件和制约因素,对厦泉漳龙城市联盟总体思路、联盟范围、推进时序和运作机制作了探讨,提出了厦泉漳龙城市联盟6个方面的协调对策建议和近期需要着手开展研究的4个方面的工作。
The paper defines city union, and elaborates on the significance lied in the city union between Xiamen , Quanzhou, zhangzhou and and Longyan. By analyzing, the existing conditions and limited factors in the development of the city, the paper discusses the general idea and and time and operational mechanisms of the city union between Xiamen , Quanzhou, Zhangzhouand and Longyan.
