本文主要论述了智能化系统在小区的节能控制措施及其发展。分别对小区公共能耗和家居能耗两部分进行节能分析,笔者认为,应该把智能化控制系统应用到小区的节能技术并推广应用到每一个家庭,才能真正实现智能小区的节能型发展。

the statement is mainly focused on how to apply the intelligent system to the energy source conservation in the residential buildings and how to develop it further. Through the analysis of the public energy source consumption and the house energy source consumption, the writer throw out the following opinion, that is, the truly realization of energy source conservation in an intelligent residential community depends on the application of the energy source conservation technology of the intelligent controlling system to each individual house.
