介绍了住宅产品标准化的内涵、目的和不同层次,分析了实施住宅产品标准化的4个阶段,并为推行住宅产品标准化初步建立了标准体系结构模型,最后提出实施过程中应注意的几个问题。
The article describes the meaning, the intention and multi levels of housing product standardization. After analyzing the four develop phases of housing product standardization, the article establishes a structure model of standard system for it and gives some tips lastly.
