摘要
研究鲤鱼饲料中适宜的动植物蛋白比例。以鱼粉和豆粕作为蛋白源,以豆粕分别替代0%、14%、28%、42%、56%、71%、86%和100%的鱼粉,设计出动植物蛋白比分别为1.83:1,1.45:1,1.11:1,0.84:1,0.58:1,0.37:1,0.18:1,0:1的8种等蛋白(30%左右)等能(15.77kJ/g左右)的饲料。对(6.50±0.22)g/尾的试验鲤鱼进行65d的养殖,结果表明:动植物蛋白比为0.37:1时,试验鲤鱼肠蛋白酶和肝胰蛋白酶活性均达最大,分别为1961.83U和1991.81U;动植物蛋白比为0.18:1时,淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性达到最大,肠、肝胰淀粉酶活性分别为149.18U和152.85U,肠、肝胰脂肪酶活性则分别为1893.33U和1733.33U。本试验动植物蛋白比为0.37:1~0.18:1时,能显著提高鲤鱼消化酶活性,促进对饲料的消化利用率.
Proper ratio of animal and vegetable protein in feeds for canmaon carps was studied. Taking fish meal and soybean meal as protein source, and substituting soybean meal for 0% , 14% , 28% , 42% , 56% , 71% , 86% and 100% fish meal respectively, 8 pretein feeds with ratio of animal and vegetable protein 1.83:1, 1.45:1 ; 1.11:1,0. 84:1,0.58:1,0.37:1,0. 18:1 and 0:1 ( about 30% ) and equal energy ( abot 15.77 kJ/g) were designed. Experimental carps of ( 6.50 ± 0.22) g/carp were fed for 65 d. the results showed that when the ratio of animal and vegetable protein was 0.37:1, the activity of ereptase and liver - trypsase in the experimental carps was up to the maximum, i.e. 1 961.83 U and 1 991.81 U respectively; when the ratio of animal and vegetable pi'otein was 0.18:1, the activity of amylase and lipase in the experimental carps was up to the maximum. And in this case the activity of amylase in intestine, liver and pancreas was 149. 18 U and 152. 85 U respectively, and the activity of lipase in intestine, liver and pancreas was 1 893. 33 U and 1 733.33 U respectively. When the ratio of animal and vegetable protein was 0.37:1 N0. 18:1 in this experiment, the activity of digestive enzyme in common carps could be significantly improved, and the feed digestion and utilization could be promoted.
