三相相转移催化剂催化合成N─乙基间甲苯胺的研究

摘要 采用三相相转移催化剂(四丁基溴化铵-聚苯乙烯树脂),由间甲苯胺和溴乙烷合成了N-乙基间甲苯胺,探讨了反应条件对产物收率的影响,在催化剂用量55%,间甲苯胺与溴乙烷摩尔比为1:1.6及反应时间6h的优化工艺条件下,N-乙基间甲苯胺的收率达到93.6%。 A new precess has been devaloped to synthesize N-ethyl-m-toluidine from m-toluidine and bromoethane by catalysis of triphase transfer catalyst (TBAB-PS) and a study of the effect of reaction conditions on the yield of N-ethyl-m-toluidien was also condition,The yield of N-ethyl-m-toluidine was 93^6% under the optimum reaction conditons i.e the consumption of catalyst was 5. 5 %, the molar ratio of m-toluidine and bromoethane was 1:1.6,and the reaction time was 6h.
