摘要
以氨基磺酸为催化剂，由肉桂酸和乙醇合成了肉桂酸乙酯。考察了反应时间、原料配比和催化剂用量等因素对反应的影响。实验结果表明，在反应时间为4h、原料的摩尔配比为肉桂酸：乙醇＝1：3．5。催化剂的用量为1g的条件下，产品收率为95．4％，并且催化剂可重复使用多次。
Ethyl cinnamate was synthesized by the esterification of ethanol with cinnamic acid using aminosulfuric acid as catalysts.The rate of feed and the amount of catalysts was studied and discussed.According to the experimental result,When the time was 4hours and the amount of catalysts was 1.0 gram and the rate of cinnamic acid and ethanol was 1:3.5,the yield rate of the product was 95.4% and the catalyst could be used once more.
