一株耐受高浓度重金属离子细菌的分离及初步鉴定 被引量:1

摘要 从武汉市钢铁厂排污口污泥中分离到1株耐受高浓度重金属离子的细菌,命名为CD-02。通过形态学观察、生理生化试验以及16SrDNA序列分析,将该细菌鉴定为恶臭假单胞菌(Pseudomonas puti-da)。P.putida CD-02对多种二价重金属离子具有非凡的抗性,对于本试验所测试的7种二价金属离子,该菌株的最大耐受浓度(MTC)均超过了5mmol·L-1,因此菌株CD-02是研究细菌重金属抗性机制非常好的材料。 A strain tolerated heavy metals with high concentrations, named CD-02, has been isolated from the sewage sludge samples collected in Wuhan Steel Factory. Through the observation of morphological, a series of physiological-biochemical experiments and 16S rDNA sequence analysis, strain CD-02 was identified as Pseudomonas putida. R putida CD- 02 exhibited extraordinary resistance to a large spectrum of divalent metals, and MTCs of seven divalent metal ions used in this work all exceeded 5 mmol·L^-1,so strain CD-02 could be a very suitable strain for researching the metal-resistant mechanisms of bacteria.
