摘要 以丹东地区河蚌(褶纹冠蚌)的蚌泪和蚌肉为原料,对多肽提取工艺进行了研究。试验结果表明,在2450MHz、750W微波功率下提取5min,滤液经MW10000D的透析袋用去离子水透析,于80℃以下真空浓缩。浓缩液冷至4℃,加5倍体积-20℃的丙酮,静置,过滤,滤饼于80℃以下真空干燥得到多肽。其纯度可达92.1%,收率0.602%。 Conditions of muhi-peptides extraction was studied from tears and meat of mussel (Cridtaria plicata Lea)in Dandong. The results indicated that muhi-peptides were extracted with the process as follows:in 2450 MHz,750W microwave power the raw materiels was extracted for 5 minutes, deionized water were dialysised from filtrate with MW10000D dialysis bag,then the filtrate was concentrated in vacuum under 80℃,concentrated liquid was cooled to 4℃,-20℃ acetone which size was 5 times as cooled liquid was added, concentrated liquid was filtered, filtering cake was dried under 80℃ in vacuum . The purity of multi-peptides was 92.1%, the yield was 0.602%.
