摘要
小波变换是一种多分辨率的时频分析方法,应用在振动信号处理、故障诊断方面较传统方法优越。在阐述小波分析理论基础上,对某型航空发动机的振动信号进行分析,采用小波分解和信号重构的方法,提取了噪声掩盖下振动信号中的故障信息,根据航空发动机整机振动的典型故障特征频率,判断该发动机是否发生故障。
The wavelet transform is a time - frequency analysis method of multi - resolution, using variable window integral transformation. The method is of advantage over traditional methods in vibration signal processing. This paper discusses the applications of wavelet transform in vibration signal analysis for the aviation engine fault diagnosis based on the theoretical foundation of the wavelet analysis. Extracting the shock signal from vibration signal using the method of wavelet decomposing and signal reconstruction, and judging whether the engine failures exist according to the typical fault characteristic frequency of the aviation engine vibration.
