Application Study on prolonged pregnancy labor method Using bayes Discrimination

用河北省平泉县医院妇产科过期妊娠患者五项客观指标:年龄、胎次、B超的胎盘钙化度、胎动情况及宫颈成熟度,研究其分娩方式。用逐步判别法筛选出最有显著判别能力的变量建立Bayes判别函数,利用此判别函数对过期妊娠患者分娩方式进行回代判别及五个病例的预测判别,均收到满意的效果。

Five objective index, i.e. age and fetus time, B - ultrasound placenta calcification degree, movement of the fetal, cervical maturity degree, were used to study the labor method of prolonged pregnancy clinical cases at the Maternity Department, Pingquan County Hospital in Hebei Province. Bayes discrimination function was found out by stepwise discrimination getting the preparative and very marked discrimination variables. We check back of the labor methods cases above mentioned and to forecast five cases by the function. The results show well.
