摘要 该文简要介绍了一种圆形试样空化观测和流动阻力测量系统,其中实验段流道截面直径为30mm,平均流速变化范围为4~35m/s,实验样品为直径12mm、长约150mm的圆形杆件。采用应变式测力原理,借助高速、高分辨率相机对空化现象进行摄影。某试样空化观测结果,与利用Fluent软件模拟所得的空化数规律基本吻合。该系统可用于研究样品表面性质和形貌对空化现象、空蚀破坏、流动阻力等的影响。 The paper simply introduces a system for cavitation observation and drag force measurement of round sampies, whose diameters of experimental section are 30 mm and average flow velocity is 4 - 35 m/s. The employed samples are round rods with diameter 12 mm, length about 150 mm. Using strain gauge to gain the drag force and high-speed, high- resolution camera, the cavitation phenomena were observed directly and indirectly. The result of one sample shows that the cavitation phenomena are consistent with the calculation cavitation number by using Fluent simulation. The device can be used in the research of the influence of surface property and morphology on cavitation phenomena, cavitation damage and drag force.
