民航高校工程训练中心建设的思考

工程训练是高等学校实践教学的主要环节。结合民航对人才培养的要求，该文对工程训练中心的建设，从工程训练理念、训练体系、硬件平台、师资队伍、文化等方面的建设进行了探讨。

Engineering training is an important part of practice teaching in colleges and universitie. This paper discusses the construction of ideology, culture, training team and training system in engineering training center on the basis of analyzing the requirements of cultivating aviation talents.
