多媒体教学是个大平台，管理队伍是台柱子。该文分析了多媒体教室管理队伍建设的重要性，讨论了存在的主要问题，并提出了加强管理队伍建设的几条措施。
The managing team plays a pivotal role in the success of running a multimedia platform for teaching and learning. Therefore, it is vitally important to build a team that is dedicated to meet the needs of both teaching and learning. This article discusses some potentially major problems and presents several administrative measures which are effective in managing a team for the multimedia platform.
