摘要
对经过特殊处理的醋酸纤维素(CA)超滤膜,进行低温氧等离子体表面改性.改性处理使超滤膜的性能,尤其是透水性能发生很大变化.实验研究了等离子体条件(处理时间、放电功率、反应腔压力)和铸膜液的组成对改性的影响,初步探讨了表面改性机理.研究结果表明,低温等离子体是一个有实用意义的膜改性方法.
The surface modification of the specially treated cellulose acetate(CA) ultrafiltration membrane by oxygen low temperature plasma was carried out in the laboratory.The significant changes in the properties of the membrane were observed,water flux was increased by three times when the rejection had been basically kept constant.Both the effect of the plasma conditions (the treating time,the electricity power and reactive chamber pressure)and the compositions of the filmcoating solution on the modification and the relative mechanism were investigated.The results obtained indicated that the treatment by means of low temperature plasma is one of the applicable methods in membrane modification.
