摘要
采用抛物线刀刃代替直线刀刃加工弧齿锥齿轮.对比了不同参数抛物线刀刃加工的弧齿锥齿轮齿面接触区域和传动误差曲线,表明改变抛物线刀刃弯曲程度会引起齿面接触区域和传动误差曲线发生变化.
The parabolic blade, which replaces the linear blade, is designed for machining spiral bevel gears. The path of contact in the gear tooth surfaces and the transmission errors, which are formed by the different parametric parabolic blades, are compared. Based on the method, it is indicated that the path of contact on the gear tooth surfaces and the transmission errors alter with the blades' different parabolic parameters.
