基于电路平均模型的ZVS三电平DC-DC变换器小信号模型

摘要 采用电路平均模型的建模方法,对零电压软开关三电平直流变换器进行建模.在SIMetrix软件仿真环境下进行小信号分析,避免了复杂的数学计算.通过实验研究验证了小信号分析的正确性,理论分析与实验结果做到了良好的吻合. The thesis adopts circuit averaged modeling method, deriving the model of zero -voltage switching TL DC- DC converter. Small signal analysis is done in SIMetrix simulation environment, avoiding complex mathematics calculation. The validity is examined by experiment, theory analysis accords with the experimental result.
