对教师教学计划的再审视:一个决策的视角 被引量:7

摘要 教学计划不仅是教学的起始环节,也是教师教学计划的决策过程。教师教学计划决策是事实判断与价值判断的统一;静态与动态教学计划决策的统一;一次性决策与惯例决策的统一。从决策行为的角度再审视教师备课,存在的主要问题有备课活动中缺乏决策意识;教师集体计划决策流于形式等问题。教师要实现合理的教学计划决策,既要重视教学计划决策过程的几个环节,又要充分利用教师集体智慧,实现决策互补。 Teaching Plan not only is the initial part of teaching, but is a decision - making process. Teachers'plan decision- making is unifications of fact and value judgement; static and dynamic decision - making; one - time decision - making and routine decision -making. From the perspective of decision -making behaviors , the main problems of teachers' preparing lessons are the lack of decision - making consciousness in plan activities; teachers' collective plan decision - making has been found formalization. To achieve reasonable teaching plan decision - making, it is necessary for teacher to attach importance to some aspects of the teaching plan decision - making process , to make full use of the collective wisdom of teachers, to achieve complementarity among different decision -makings.
