摘要
文章首先简单回顾了近两年来我国集成电路设计技术的现状,然后详细阐述了基于IP的设计方法、基于平台的设计方法。同时对混合信号集成电路设计方法和DSP的设计新方法进行了探讨。最后讨论了基于IP重构的设计方法和90nm以后集成电路设计方法中的一些热点问题。
In this paper, the actuality of IC design technology is reviewed.Then various design methods ,such as IP-based design, platform-based design,new methods for mixed-signal IC, DSP are discussed. The reconstructive IP -based design method and new technologies for exceed deep sub-micro IC are analyzed.
