解决农村饮水安全问题是建设社会主义新农村的基础。以四川省平昌县为例,通过对农村饮水安全现状的分析,提出主要存在饮用水水质严重超标、供水保证率和用水方便程度不达标、水量不达标和供水工程病害严重等问题,其成因在于饮水水源污染严重,饮水工程投入不足等方面。针对存在的问题,从加强领导、加大水源保护力度、完善水质监测、因地制宜选择工程类别、增加资金投入、严抓管理和提高农民安全意识等7个方面提出解决饮水安全的对策措施,这对切实解决农村饮水安全问题具有很好的指导意义。

Solving rural drinking water safety matter is the base of building a new socialist countryside. As Pingchang County for example, based on the analysis of the present situation, the problems of drinking water quality goes beyond the standard , guarantee probability of water supply and water convenient extent are below standard, water quantity scarcity and unsound water supply project are put forward. The cause of formation is that water head pollution, funds shortage of drinking water project and so on. Facing existent problems, some countermeasures are recommended for securing water supply in terms of strengthening guidance, reinforcing waterhead protection, perfecting water quality supervision, selecting project sort by considering local conditions, increasing funds, strict management and enhancing countrymen safety consciousness. this has good instructional meaning to solving drinking water safety matter in rural.
