宁夏回族自治区耗水计算分析

Calculation and analysis of consumption water in Ningxia Autonomous Region

宁夏水资源严重匮乏,经济社会用水主要依赖限量分配的黄河过境水。近年黄河上游来水减少,用水趋于紧张,宁夏耗用黄河水量的多少一直是各部门关注的问题。本文就宁夏耗水问题,分别采用引排差法、河段水量均衡法、典型调查分析法进行了分析计算,建议宁夏耗水计算采用典型调查法较为合适。同时分析了宁夏引黄灌区降水量与耗水的关系。

Ningxia is deficient in local water resources. Economic and social water consumption are mainly depend on limited water from the Yellow River. Runoff of the upper reaches of the Yellow River has decreased in recent years , and water consumption situation tends to tension. Various departments have payed attention to Yellow River water consumption in Ningxia. In the article , three methods are used to calculate water consumption. They are subtraction of diversion and drainage method, river water balance method, typical investigation method. Typical investigation method is recommended to calculate. And there are also lay out a relationship between precipitation and water consumption in Yellow River irrigation areas.
