摘要
转炉炉渣喷溅会带来种种危害,严重威胁炼钢安全,恶化多项技术经济指标。探讨了转炉炉渣喷溅的机理,分析了易发生炉渣喷溅的几种情况,在上述研究的基础上,提出了防止炉渣喷溅的种种措施。
Converter slag slag splashing will cause many hazards, such as seriously threatening steel- making safety, and worsening many indexes of technology and economy. Mechanism of converter slag splashing is discussed and several circumstances that will cause the slag splashing easily are analyzed in this paper. On the basis of the above study, many measures to avoid the slag splashing are put forward.
