摘要
灰色系统理论能够充分开发利用已占有的"最少信息",具有研究"小样本"、"贫信息"不确定性问题的良好特性.本文基于灰色系统理论,对区域经济与社会协调发展问题进行了研究,建立了区域经济社会协调发展的指标体系和测度模型,并以青岛市为例进行了案例研究.
Grey systems theory can utilize ＂a little information＂, and has good characters of studying ＂a little sample＂, ＂poor information＂ and uncertain items. The problem of regional economic development and social development is studied based on grey systems theory in this paper, and the index system and measuring model is established. We take Qingdao city for example using the index system and the model in the paper.
