腔内系列多功能尿道狭窄手术器(镜)的研制和临床应用

Invention and treatment of the multi-function urethrostenosis urethroscope

目的总结25年研制成功“腔内系列多功能尿道狭窄手术器（镜）”的经验和临床应用效果。方法该系列器械主要由三部分组成：后尿道狭窄切除器、前尿道狭窄切开刀、系列尿道狭窄扩张器。经尿道一次性完成手术操作。应用后尿道狭窄切开器治疗各种不同类型的后尿道狭窄133例,经1-25年随访。结果效果优89例,良23例,差12例,失败9例。优良率84.2%,有效率93.2%;前尿道狭窄切开刀治疗前尿道狭窄3例,随访16年,效果良好;系列尿道狭窄扩张器治疗尿道狭窄3例,经1年至7年随访,效果良好。结论腔内系列多功能尿道狭窄手术器（镜）是一套设计合理、操作简单、安全可靠、疗效良好的手术器械,有较大的推广价值。

Objective To study the invention and treatment in urethrostenosis of the muiti - function urethrostenosis. Methods The clinical data of 133 cases of posterior urethrostenosis,3 cases of preceding urethrostenosis were analyzed. The patients of posterior urethral stricture by the posterior urethrascope had been followed up from 1 month to 15 years. Results The effects of 89 cases was good,23 cases general, 12 cases poor,9 cases unsuccessful. The good rate was 84.2%, and successful rate is 93.2%. The patients of preceding urthrostenos was by the preceding urethrastenosis cutting knife were followed up for 16 years, the patients by urethrastenosis dilator were followed up for 7 moths to 7years,and the result was good. Conclusions The Multi - function urethrastenosis urethrascope is designed reasonably, operated simply, cured effectively with fewer complications.
