39例急性嵌顿性腹股沟疝的手术治疗分析

The analysis of acute incarcerated inguinal hernia in treatment of 39 cases

目的探讨无张力疝修补术治疗成人急性嵌顿性腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2000年1月-2007年12月对39例急性嵌顿性腹股沟疝患者行无张力疝修补术的临床资料。结果39例手术过程均顺利,平均手术时间为60min。无切口感染和排斥反应,无术后死亡。术后疼痛4例,阴囊积液2例。全组病例术后随访6个月,未见复发。结论无张力疝修补术可以安全有效地用于急性嵌顿性腹股沟疝的患者。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of tension - free herniorrhaphy in treatment of acute incarcerated inguinal hernia in adults. Methods A retrospective study was made on analyzing the clinical data of 39 patients with acute incarcerated inguinal hernia treated by tension - free herniorrhaphy between 2000 and 2007. Results All cases were operated on successfully. The mean operative time was 60 minute. There was no infection of incisional wound, rejection of foreign materials and no operative mortality. There were 4 cases of pain and 2 cases of scrotal hydrocele postoperatively. All the patients were followed - up for six months, no hernia recurrence was observed. Conclusions Tension - free herniorrhaphy in treatment of acute incarcerated inguinal hernia in adults is safe and effective.
