新型缓蚀剂2-炔丙基巯基苯并咪唑的合成 被引量:2

Synthesis of New Corrosion Inhibitor 2-(2-Propynylthio)-1H-benzimidazole

摘要 对不锈钢缓蚀剂2-炔丙基巯基苯并咪唑的合成工艺进行了研究。先由邻苯二胺和二硫化碳合成2-巯基苯并咪唑,炔丙醇和三氯化磷合成3-氯丙炔;再由2-巯基苯并咪唑和3-氯丙炔在丙酮溶剂中合成2-炔丙基巯基苯并咪唑。对是否使用相转移催化剂进行了探讨,认为无相转移催化剂可使操作简便,适合于工业化生产。 The synthetic process of 2 - (2 - propynylthio) - 1H - benzimidazole was studied. The Product was preparcd hy 2 - mercapto bcnzimidazole and 3- chloro propyne in propanonc as solvent without phase transfer catalyst. The synthcses of 2 - mercapto benzimidazole and 3 - chloro prpyne were also discusscd. The abovc mentioned process had advantagc of operating simply and was suitable to commercial manufacture.
