The influence of Closed purification technology on corrosion-resisting property of equipment was discussed. By comparing the characteristics of materials, the conclusion was made that the pump made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene can replace that made of alloy. fore suggestions were proposed to solve the probletns araised in practice.
