摘要
船用气动数字阀是利用一种伺服螺旋机构构成的,与传统气动伺服阀(如喷嘴挡板阀)相比较其结构大大简化,性能有所提高。该气动数字阀是一种闭环机构的结构设计,所以其稳性、快速性及精度、刚度等性能指标是相互制约的,单纯改变阀的某一结构参数对改善其动、静态特性是难以奏效的。因此,为了提高该数字阀的综合性能,文章对其动、静态特性作进一步的仿真研究。
The pneumatic digital valve used in ships under research adopts a type ofservo screw mechanism, whose structure is greatly simplified and upgraded, compared with the traditional pneumatic servo valve, such as nozzle flapper valve. The new valve is designed in a closed-loop structure with imteracting performance parameters whose simple change won't affect its dynamic and static characteristics. The paper makes a further simulated research on its dynamic and static characteristics in order to improve the comprehensive performance.
