摘要
目的探讨优化脉冲技术治疗皮肤瘢痕的疗效及安全性。方法皮肤瘢痕患者92例,其中表浅性瘢痕48例,萎缩性瘢痕17例,增生性瘢痕15例,瘢痕疙瘩12例。以波长515~1 200 nm双脉冲或三脉冲优化强脉冲光均匀扫描瘢痕表面。根据瘢痕类型调整能量密度、脉宽、脉冲间隔。间隔4~5周治疗1次,共治疗4~8次。结果治疗后患者痒痛感逐渐减轻,瘢痕逐渐变平滑,色素沉着逐渐消褪。显效49例(53.3%),有效34例(37.0%),无效9例(9.8%),复发4例(4.4%),总有效率90.2%,其中表浅瘢痕疗效较显著。结论优化脉冲技术治疗皮肤瘢痕效果显著,复发率较低,不良反应少,皮肤损伤小,不影响日常工作。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and operation safety by optimal pulse technology (OPT) in the treatment of skin scar. Methods Ninety two cases of dermal scar were treated by 515-1 200 nm OPT. Most of cases needed 4-5 sessions, once per four-week. The result and side effect of the treatment were recorded. Results The follow-up time of 92 cases treated by OPT was 6 months to one year. The appearance of scars was improved after treatment for 4-6 times. The surface of them was more flattened and the hyperpigmentation was disappeared or faded away. The superficial scar was with especially excellent effect. The curative efficiency was 90. 2%. Conclusions OPT is a new generation of intense pulsed light ( IPL), which is effective, safe and valuable for the treatment of dermal scar. It is very convenient, no down time and less complication. It is excellent and more easy to be accepted than traditional methods.
